At BAUER, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the right fit for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your refund within 7-10 business days.
