Bauer skates generally fit 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than your standard shoe size. We recommend using our 3D Skate Lab scanner at an authorized retailer or referring to our online sizing chart for precise measurements.
What is the warranty policy on composite sticks?
We offer a one-time replacement on pro-stock and retail composite sticks within 30 days of purchase if the breakage is due to a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for custom equipment?
Customized gear, including MyBauer skates and sticks, typically takes 4 to 8 weeks for production and delivery depending on the season and complexity of the order.
Can I return equipment that has been used on the ice?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging. The only exception is under our 30-day skate fit guarantee on select models.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order volume.
How should I clean and maintain my hockey gear?
Air dry your equipment immediately after every use. For base layers and jerseys, machine wash cold and hang dry. Avoid using high heat, as it can damage the protective foams and technical fabrics.
